Pinot Gris, Bulgaria
We just love the gentle aromas of peach blossom on this elegantly moreish Pinot Gris. It’s just off-dry, with a charming, easy fruit character. Very versatile, it works perfectly with eastern salads, but is also at home with whitebait, squid and light noodle dishes.
Unoaked Chardonnay, Bulgaria
With just a hint of citrus and a creamy texture, this unoaked Chardonnay has a gentle ripeness of fruit, with a nice taut finish. How about pairing this with grilled sardines, spinach tortilla or feta salad?
Cabernet Sauvignon Rosé, Bulgaria
The long sunny days of Bulgaria’s summer ripen the grapes perfectly for this oh, so drinkable Rosé. The gentle, red berry fruit character means that this is a wine for long afternoons with friends and reminiscences.
Pinot Noir, Bulgaria
Ripe and full of red summer fruit flavour, this Pinot Noir has a softness and complexity that helps it slip down all too easily. Grilled cutlets, thyme-crusted chicken, soft cheeses and charcuterie are all perfectly matched with this sophisticated wine.
